80 inch Travel -- Horizontal Setting Master

ABTech, Inc. has developed a Setting Master using a natural granite base and air bearing slide for setup of I.D./O.D. beam type gages such as Federal Products Series 980. The granite base in combination with the air bearing slide ensures a stable, and low maintenance gage.This model has a vertical setting feature with 6.00 in. travel and 50 microinch resolution. Horizontal travel is 80.00 in., measured using a Heidenhain linear scale and DRO for ±0.00024in. accuracy over full travel. The measurement system can store up to 16 linear offsets for increased accuracy.
