A large mutual fund company needed to print, bind and distribute a full color quarterly report with over 50,000 images within 48 hours.

In only 24 hours, utilizing a combination of Xerox digital press technology including the DocuColor 100 and 2060, the quarterly report was produced, bound and delivered to over 600 locations the next day. An instant, e-report to the client verified the deadline and finalized the process.

Utilizing our Xerox Digipath system, we immediately archived current documentation and revision levels into our on-line document ordering system. Documents were printed and bound with a digitally produced color cover. They were then organized into kits with CD-ROMs and delivered to inventory. Our client was instantly able to log in and order the specific version and quantity needed, streamlining the process to save time, eliminate waste and meet challenging deadlines.
A large health insurance provider needed to consolidate specific medication information from 35,000 customers to produce an informative mailing.
DMI Solution…
Our staff programmers combined the data from three different sources using Xerox VIPP software. Critical information for each customer was programmed into six different locations on the letter for printing on our Xerox 6180 digital printers. Our team inserted the letters into envelopes, sorted them with our PostalSoft software to ensure the best mailing rates and delivered to the post office for mailing.
